Katie Meyers Mazzuca

Growing up in the real estate business, Katie possesses an innate understanding of the intricacies involved in buying and selling homes.  She believes the key to a positive real estate experience is effective communication. Buying or selling a home is an enormous commitment, so she prides herself on remaining accessible to her clients and keeping them updated throughout each step of the process. An active listener, she takes in what her clients want to achieve and transforms that into a tangible roadmap to guide them towards their real estate goals.  

Katie believes that an informed client will make the best decision.  That being said, she prioritizes educating her buyers and sellers on current market trends and conditions so that they can make well-informed decisions that fulfill both personal and business objectives.  From first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, Katie loves building lasting relationships with her clients.  Her dedication to her clients is unmatched.  

After experiencing life in various neighborhoods across Chicago, Katie and her family made the decision to move back to the suburbs in 2022. Having immersed herself in the unique qualities of numerous neighborhoods and communities throughout Chicago and the North Shore, she possesses a deep understanding of their nuances. Katie is a valuable resource, readily sharing her extensive knowledge about the villages, educational systems, and the strong sense of community prevalent in these areas. Katie graduated from Miami University in 2008 and worked in sales management and marketing before deciding to join The Meyers Group in 2015.  She currently resides with her family husband, 2 year old daughter and their adopted pup in Deerfield.
